I am a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Retreat Co-Facilitator, and Mind and Body expert, who is originally from Texas. Like my home state, everything's BIGGER with me - My personality. My sense of humor. My love of adventure. And, my passion for helping people. I am a loving mother to my children, married to the best man ever, and two fur children (dogs: Axl & Madden)

Authenticity, caring, mindfulness and being fully present in life, are the values which drive me and guide my work with clients and my time with family. I love being an active member in my community and an advocate for balance and mental wellness in all aspects of life – especially those with special needs along with their caregivers.

I am passionate about yoga and you can find me working with men, women, children and seniors, who are looking to improve flexibility, strength and balance while reducing stress and anxiety levels. I mindfully focus on whole-person wellbeing to help others balance their lives physically, mentally and emotionally.

  • Alyson Dehn

    Barre Instructor

Movement has always been a big part of my life, and for the past five years I've had the privilege of helping others build strength, confidence, and healthy habits as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer.

I'm truly passionate about barre because it combines strength training, balance, flexibility, and endurance in a low-impact, full-body workout that is both challenging and empowering.

I love helping people discover their inner strength through small, intentional movements that deliver big results. My goal is to create an encouraging and energetic environment where everyone feels supported, challenged, and inspired to leave class feeling stronger than when they walked in

  • Kelsey Holder

    Barre & Vinyasa Flow Instructor

Kelsey began practicing yoga nearly 20 years ago as she discovered it to be a new, fun form of physical exercise. She was instantly hooked and strived to try various classes, yoga styles and studios locally and when traveling. Kelsey truly began to deepen her practice after discovering prenatal yoga while pregnant with her first child. It was then that she learned the importance of listening to your body and knowing when to slow down. Not only does Kelsey love the physical practice, but she enjoys the mental ease that yoga has brought to her life. Off the mat, Kelsey is a K-12 Multilingual Language teacher and enjoys traveling, live music and spending time with her awesome husband and three kids! She can’t wait share her passion for teaching with the community!

  • Maddie Burnham

Barre, Kids Yoga & Yoga Sculpt Instructor

Maddie Burnham is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with a lifelong passion for movement, connection, and wellness. With a background spanning yoga, barre, contemporary dance, and movement education, she brings an intuitive and welcoming approach to every class she teaches.

Maddie has over 18 years of movement experience and more than a decade of teaching experience. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Dance from Gustavus Adolphus College and currently teaches dance at Cultivate Dance Collaborative. Her extensive background in contemporary dance, improvisation, and fluid movement deeply influences her yoga practice, encouraging students to move with curiosity, awareness, and intention rather than striving for perfection.

In addition to yoga, Maddie has a background in barre and enjoys blending strength, mobility, balance, and mindful movement into her classes. She believes movement can be both grounding and empowering, and strives to create an environment where students of all experience levels feel comfortable exploring what feels good in their own bodies.

Whether flowing through a yoga practice, building strength at the barre, or simply taking a moment to slow down and reconnect, Maddie's goal is to help others find more joy, confidence, and connection through movement.

  • Callie Kube

Ongoing Sub + Yoga in the Vineyard Instructor

Callie lives in Waconia with her husband, their two boys (5 & 2), and Golden Retriever. Yoga and meditation have been such beneficial tools on her journey into motherhood, from pregnancy & postpartum to everyday life as a mom of two young boys with crazy amounts of energy!

She started practicing yoga on a regular basis in 2017 and quickly fell in love with both the physical and mental benefits of the practice. Eager to learn more and grow her personal practice, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2019. After practicing yoga through her first pregnancy, she was inspired to get additional training in prenatal and postpartum yoga so she could help make yoga more accessible to woman in this stage of life. Since becoming a mom, she has also found a new appreciation for meditation and the amazing mental benefits of this practice. She loves sprinkling this into her classes to give students the full mind-body experience!
