Sam Azadfar
Pilates
Instructor Bio:
Hi, I’m Sam! I’m currently working toward my 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification as a teacher-in-training. Movement has always been a huge part of my life—I grew up as a dancer and have always loved staying active.
In 2020, I experienced a back injury that led me to physical therapy, where I was introduced to Pilates. That moment completely changed how I viewed movement. I fell in love with the way Pilates strengthens the body, restores balance, and creates a deep mind-body connection.
Now, I’m excited to go from student to teacher and share this passion with others. My goal is to create classes that feel empowering, accessible, and fun for everyone.

Lily Mayes
(Substitute)
Hi, I’m Lily—a 23-year-old yoga instructor with a 200-hour certification and a deep love for mindful movement, intentional living, and community. I’m also currently a nursing student, which has given me an even greater appreciation for the body’s ability to heal and transform when we support it with compassion and awareness.
My journey with yoga began as a way to manage stress and reconnect with myself during a busy season of life. What started as a personal practice quickly grew into a calling to share the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of yoga with others. I truly believe yoga meets us exactly where we are—and offers something powerful to every body and every soul.
In my classes, I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you can move freely, breathe deeply, and listen inward. Whether we’re flowing through a dynamic vinyasa sequence or slowing things down with grounding, restorative postures, I encourage students to focus on alignment, curiosity, and presence. My nursing studies have helped me bring an informed, body-aware approach to my teaching, rooted in both science and spirit.
I’m passionate about making yoga accessible and joyful, and I love guiding others in finding balance both on and off the mat. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or deepening your practice, I’m honored to be part of your journey.
